SMF Powder is a super plasticizer and high range water reducer for construction and industrial products based on Portland cement and other types of hydraulic cement. SMF Powder is used as an additive in all types of grouts, mortars, coatings and as a component of concrete admixtures and emulsions.

Is There Formaldehyde In Concrete?
Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in high strength gypsum and gypsum products. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in ready mixed concrete, pumping concrete, flowing concrete, high strength and high-performance concrete, self-compact concrete and high strength mortar.
Application:
1. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in self-leveling flooring materials and grout for the base of casting equipment.
2. Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in high strength gypsum and gypsum products.
3. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in ready mixed concrete, pumping concrete, flowing concrete, high strength and high-performance concrete, self-compact concrete and high strength mortar.
4. Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in refractory concrete, steam curing concrete, plain concrete, decorative concrete and pigmented concrete.
5. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used as super dispersant for oil-well cement in casting and strengthening.
6. Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used as major components of water proofing materials for improving impermeability of concrete or mortar.
7. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used as a component with admixtures like expanding admixtures to produce structural self-waterproofing concrete.
8. Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in precast concrete.
9. Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) is used in concrete with white cement.
Package,Storage & Transportation:
For powder, packed in 25kg PE-lined woven bag.
Storage and transportation should be carried out in cool and dry condition. Under high temperature and high humidity, product should be kept away from moisture and pressure to avoid coalescence or agglomeration.
Principle Technical Properties:
1. For dosage within 0.5~1.0% by weight of cement,the water reduction rate will be 20~25%
2. When dosage is appropriate , It is able to increase the compressive strength of concrete and mortar by 40~100% at one day,by 30~60% at 28 days . The later age strength also in crease (about 20%) .
3. It is able to prepare high strength concrete (60~80MPa,even higher) by using 45.5#~55.5# Ordinary Portland Cement .
4. Adding SM to refractory concrete,from Aluminous Cement,the strength after drying at 110℃ and after burning at high temperature will increases obviously(by 60~170% for compressive).
5. Because of no air-entrainment SM can be used curing of concrete and their products.
6. The SM is usually applied for α-hemi hydrate gypsum and β-hemi hydrate gypsum,When dosage is 0.5~1.0% by weight of gypsum,It is able to increase the strength of gypsum by high water-reducing rate.
