Use:
1. The dispersant MF is used for reduction, and the disperse dye is used as a grinding dispersant and a filler during standardization, and can also be used as a diffusing agent during the manufacture of Sedian.
2. The dispersant MF is mainly used in the printing and dyeing industry for pad dyeing of vat dye suspensions, dyeing and dispersion by stable color acid method, and dyeing of soluble vat dyes.
3. Dispersant MF is used as a tanning aid in the leather industry, and as a stabilizer for latex in the rubber industry.
4. Dispersant MF can be dissolved in concrete as a strong water-reducing agent, which can shorten the construction period, save cement, save water and increase the strength of cement.
Characteristics Of MF Rubber Dispersant:
A. Multi-point anchors are formed on the surface of the particles, which improves the fastness of adsorption and is not easy to desorb.
B. The solvation chain is longer than the lipophilic group of the traditional dispersant, which can effectively stabilize the space.
C. It forms a very weak capsule, which is easy to move, and can quickly move to the surface of the particle to protect it from wetting.

MF Dispersant Preparation:
1. It is used as dispersant and filling agent for disperse dye and vat dye. When carrying out fineness processing of disperse dye or vat dye, we can add dispersant and dye together into the grinding machine. The dosage of dispersant N is 0.5-3 times of vat dye or 1.5-2 times of disperse dye, or we can also add some filling agent during dye commercialization
2. Vat dye pigment pad dyeing: For pad dye bath, normally 3-5g/L dispersant N shall be added, and generally 15~20g/L of dispersant N for original bath
3. During disperse dye dyeing and terylene high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing process, normally 0.5~1.5g/L shall be added for the dye bath.
4. As to azoic dye dyeing, it is used to improve level dyeing and friction fastness; generally, dosage of dispersant for naphthol bottoming bath is 2~5g/L, and dispersant N for developing bath is normally 0.5~2g/L.

1. The dispersant MF is packaged in a woven bag lined with plastic film, 25Kg per bag, with the product name, net weight, production unit, address, etc. printed on the bag.
2. It should be protected from rain and moisture during storage. If there is agglomeration, please mix it into a solution or crush it without affecting the effect.
