JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER (SNF-A1)
Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde produces concrete with extremely workable characteristics referred to as high slump. Sodium Naphthalene Formaldehyde also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps. Sodium Naphthalene Formaldehyde is ideal for use in prestress, precast, bridge deck or any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation Addition Rates Sodium Naphthalene Formaldehyde can be added directly or added in after melt. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. The afterward approach can achieve better result. The suggested addition rate is 0.75%.

Product Performance Characteristics:
1. The product has a high water reduction rate of 15-30% and can significantly increase the strength of concrete at various ages.
2. Adding this product with the same construction conditions and design strength can save 10-20% of cement.
3. It has good adaptability to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and fly ash Portland cement.
4. It can significantly improve the durability of concrete impermeability and antifreeze.
5. Low alkali content, per cubic meter of concrete (the amount of cement is 400KG), the alkali content (combined Na2O) increased by adding this agent is less than 1KG.
6. In accordance with the use of aliphatic water reducing agent and sulfamate water reducing agent, the effect and plasticity of the product are obviously improved.
SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Usage:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
