JF SODIUM GLUCONATE (Industrial Grade)
(Synonyms: Gluconic Acid Sodium Salt)
JF SODIUM GLUCONATE is the sodium salt of gluconic acid, produced by fermentation of glucose.
It is a white to tan, granular to fine, crystalline powder, very soluble in water. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic and resistant to oxidation and reduction, even at high temperatures.
Sodium gluconate is widely used in textile dyeing, printing and metal surface water treatment. It is also used as a chelating agent, a steel surface cleaning agent, a cleaning agent for glass bottles, and as a chelating agent for cement, plating and alumina dyeing industries.

5. In Textile Industry, Sodium Gluconate Is Used In The Cleaning And Degreasing Of Fibers, Sequestrant For Metal Cations Which Can Have A Bad Effect On Dyeing.
