Polycarboxylic acid is a high performance water reducing agent is the wooden calcium represented by the common water reducing agent and represented by naphthalene series high efficient water reducing agent was developed after the third generation of high performance water reducing agent, polycarboxylic acid is a high performance water reducing agent powder is a new technology of powder made of polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent, its excellent comprehensive index, green pollution-free, is a kind of high performance and environmentally friendly products.

 

USING METHOD:


(1). The recommended dosage is 0.5% ~ 1% (based on weight of cementing material). The most suitable dosage should be finalized according to the materials and characters of project and tests.
(2). Ccan be mixing with water, or can be added into the concrete batching plant separately.
(3). Can be mixed with high plastic retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizr and all kinds of retarders.

APPLICATIONS:
 

l 1. Low blend dosage and high water reduction. The blend dosage is usually 0.4%-1% of the gelled material and water can be reduced by 25%-45%.
l 2. Good adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete,especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete formulating with active admixture such as fly-ash and slag. l 3. Slump of plastic retaining concrete seldom decrease and isn’t affected by temperature change. l 4. This product can significantly increase physical performance index and durability and increase resistance ability to deformation.

 
EFFECTS ON CONCRETE:

(1). Strong dispersion and high water reducing ratio. Suitable for making high strength concrete.
(2). Can effectively reduce concrete viscosity, good adhesion, moderate air content, suitable for pumping.
(3). Hardening and durability of concrete is good. Strength is high at every concrete ages. Good volume stability and anti-permeability, freezing thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-carbonation effect is good.
(4).Widely suitability for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.
