JF-PP2 is a kind of free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is friendly to environment compare to Naphthalene water reducer and with lower dosage.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Abstract:
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding unsaturated polyether methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, hydrogen peroxide and 2-acrylamide tetradecyl sulfonic acid into deionized water to prepare a base solution; dripping a solution A consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and a chain transfer agent mercaptoacetic acid and an aqueous solution of vitamin C, stirring uniformly, carrying out a free radical polymerization reaction at the room temperature, and regulating the pH value of the reaction system to be 6-7 by using liquid caustic soda after the reaction is ended, thereby obtaining the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer obtained by the invention can maintain long-lasting dispersity, has long branched chains, is good in dispersion stability, simple in preparation process and low in energy consumption, can be synthesized at the room temperature and has good economic benefits.

Dosage and Handling:
JF-PP2 should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application

Not more than 12 months under condition 5-35°C, dry and cool. Prevent direct sunlight, moisture and be pressed for caking. When it is more than 12 months, it still could be used if there is no caking.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Product Features:
1. High water reduction rate: it can make the water reduction rate reach more than 25%, and greatly improve the fluidity
under the condition of the same amount of water added to the concrete;
2. high slump resistance: in the spray drying process, the carboxylic group will cause more or less damage to the
