The role of dispersant NNO is to use wetting dispersant to reduce the time and energy required to complete the dispersion process, stabilize the dispersed pigment dispersion, modify the surface properties of pigment particles, adjust the movement of pigment particles, which is embodied in the following aspects: Shorten dispersing time, improve luster, improve coloring power and covering power, improve color development and tonality, prevent floating color hair, prevent flocculation, prevent settlement.

Dispersant NNO Related Principle:

The stability of the aqueous dispersion system of ultra-fine organic pigments is determined by the interaction of pigment particles, dispersing media and dispersing agent, among which the combination of dispersing agent on the particle surface can provide effective repulsive force is the main factor controlling the stable dispersion of ultra-fine organic pigments in the aqueous system. The basic principle is based on the molecular dispersant containing hydrophilic and lipophilic groups can be absorbed on the surface of pigment particles, through the charge stabilization or three-dimensional entropy stabilization to make the system to reach a stable dispersion state.

Usage:

1)As dispersant in disperse dye, vat dye, reactive dye, acid dye and leather dye. It has good grinding effect, hydrotropy and dispersibility.
2)As dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industry.
3) As auxiliary tanning agent in leather industry, used together with tanning agent (ratio 1:10) to avoid tanning agent stick with leather. Can also help to disperse dye to get a better appearance in color.
4)As dispersant for paper industry. After adding NNO into wood pulp to avoid the stain from the condensation of asphaltum, resin and other material, 0.2%-0.5% of the wood pulp’s weight as dosage is preferable. Can work as precipitator for animal size, 20%-30% of the size’s weight as dosage is preferable.
5) As dispersant in rubber industry. Can disperse sulfur,accelerant, anti-aging agent and some filler(like zinc oxide,barium sulphate, calcium carbonate etc). 2%-4% of the dry powder’s weight as dosage is preferable. Can make NNO into 10% solution, then grind with others in ball grinder.
