The full name of SNF is Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate. Its high purity brings several benefits for cement work. It increases dispersancy, lowers foaming, and provides with high range water-reducing effects. Moreover, it can accelerate project mold turnaround, construction speed, cement savings, and improve cement mobility and workability.

Thanks to its numerous advantages, SNF is widely used in cast-in-place, prefabricating, pump and curing activities for concrete mixing.

Features:

This product should be mixed 0.5-1.0% of cementing materials used, which will reduce the rate by 20-30%. This product can still keep concrete strength intact and meanwhile can save the amount of cement used by 15-20%. If adding 0.7% of this material(Solid content), it will increase the slump resistance over 10cm. It can also be used for high strength, early strength, flowing, prefabricating, curing and prestressing force concretes. Additionally, it can be used with other externally applied agents, but only after successful pilot development or laboratory experiment.
