Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Abstract:
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding unsaturated polyether methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, hydrogen peroxide and 2-acrylamide tetradecyl sulfonic acid into deionized water to prepare a base solution; dripping a solution A consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and a chain transfer agent mercaptoacetic acid and an aqueous solution of vitamin C, stirring uniformly, carrying out a free radical polymerization reaction at the room temperature, and regulating the pH value of the reaction system to be 6-7 by using liquid caustic soda after the reaction is ended, thereby obtaining the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer obtained by the invention can maintain long-lasting dispersity, has long branched chains, is good in dispersion stability, simple in preparation process and low in energy consumption, can be synthesized at the room temperature and has good economic benefits.
Motar Performance:
1. It is homologous between water-reducing rate of motar and fluidity of cement paste. The more fluidity of cement paste, the more water-reducing rate of motar.
2. Water-reducing rate increases fast and high when the dosage increase. When the dosage is same, the water-reducing rate of PCE powder is 35% higher than that of other superplasticizer in market.
3. Due to the influence from the admixture and sand coarse aggregate, Water-reducing rate in concrete is different from that of motar. When the the admixture and sand coarse aggregate are in favour of the concrete flow, the water-reducing rate of concrete is higher than that of motar.
4. It has antifreezing performance when temperature is above -5ºC. So it can be used in antifreezing concrete.
