The main chain of high performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer molecules is absorbed to the surface of cement particles, which can effectively hinder hydration and enhance the fluidity retention ability. The branch chain is surrounded by cement particles, playing the dual role of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, which is completely different from the conventional superplasticizer. Therefore, the high performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has better dispersibility and water reducing effect.
USING METHOD:
(1). The recommended dosage is 0.5% ~ 1% (based on weight of cementing material). The most suitable dosage should be finalized according to the materials and characters of project and tests.
(2). Ccan be mixing with water, or can be added into the concrete batching plant separately.
(3). Can be mixed with high plastic retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizr and all kinds of retarders.
