JF HYDROXYPROPYL METHYLCELLULOSE POWDER Product Description:
This product is a non-ionic cellulose ether, white powder in appearance, odorless and tasteless, soluble in water, most polar organic solvents and appropriate proportions of ethanol/water, propanol/water, dichloroethane, etc. Acetone and absolute ethanol are insoluble, and swell into a clear or slightly turbid colloidal solution in cold water. The aqueous solution has surface activity, high transparency and stable performance.
HEMC has thermal gel properties. The product solution forms a gel and precipitates after heating, and then dissolves after cooling. The gel temperature of products of different specifications is different. The solubility changes with the viscosity. The lower the viscosity, the greater the solubility. HPMC has thickening ability, salt excretion, pH stability, water retention, dimensional stability, excellent film-forming properties, and extensive enzyme resistance, dispersibility and Adhesion and other characteristics.

Food Grade Cellulose Effect:
1. Canned citrus: prevent whitening and deterioration due to the decomposition of citrus glycosides during storage to achieve freshness preservation.
2. Cold fruit products: add in sherbet, ice, etc. to make the taste better.
3. Sauces: used as emulsification stabilizers or thickeners for sauces and ketchup.

Food-grade Cellulose Solubility:
