JF SULFONATED MELAMINE FORMALDEHYDE RESIN Product Description:
Melamine formaldehyde resin referred to as melamine resin, MF, the processing of cross-linking reaction, products for the insoluble not melting thermosetting resin, often used to it and urea formaldehyde resin collectively known as amino resin. After curing, the melamine formaldehyde resin is colorless and transparent, stable in boiling water, and can even be used at 150℃, and has self-extinguishing, arc resistance and good mechanical properties. Widely used in wood, plastic, coating, paper, textile, leather, electrical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Melamine-formaldehyde Resin Usage:
The melamine resin can be obtained by condensation polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde, which can be used in the plastics and coatings industry as well as anti-folding and anti-shrinking treatment agents for textiles. The modified resin can be used as a metallic paint with bright color, durability and hardness. It can also be used for sturdy, heat-resistant decorative sheets, moisture-proof paper and gray leather suede, synthetic fire-retardant laminate adhesives, water repellent fixatives or hardeners. 582 melamine resin prepared from melamine, formaldehyde and butanol. It is especially effective as a leveling agent for solvent-based polyurethane coatings.
The melamine resin prepared by condensation polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde is widely used in the manufacture and processing of wooden building templates. It can be used for waterproofing of the surface of the template and adhesion of the wood core board, increasing the number of times the template is reused.
 
Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Properties:
 
Melamine formaldehyde resin is made of melamine and 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution reaction, because the reaction conditions are different, so the amount of molecules produced is different, its products have from water soluble to insoluble in water, and then to insoluble solid are not melting.
 
Melamine-formaldehyde Resin Dosage:
Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application.
Recommended dosage is 0.30-1.00% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
 
Package,Storage & Transportation:
 
For powder, packed in 25kg PE-lined woven bag.
Storage and transportation should be carried out in cool and dry condition. Under high temperature and high humidity, product should be kept away from moisture and pressure to avoid coalescence or agglomeration.
